These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizTracker website and related marketing pages, content, and forms (collectively, the “Site”), operated by [Full legal entity name] (“BizTracker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Platform note. Access to and use of the BizTracker application/platform (the “Service”) is provided to customers under a separate written master subscription, license, or order agreement (the “Subscription Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Subscription Agreement regarding the Service, the Subscription Agreement controls for the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and, if acting for an organization, that you are authorized to bind it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to breach security, interfering with operation, scraping at scale, reverse-engineering, introducing malware, or using the Site to infringe others’ rights. 3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the BizTracker name and marks, and software — are owned by BizTracker or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal evaluation and informational purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Your submissions

If you submit information through our forms (e.g., a demo request) or other communications, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. We handle such information under our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site’s public forms.

5. Third-party links & services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites and services (including the integrations we support). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on the Site is for general information and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZTRACKER AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTracker and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to the Site & Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law & disputes
