Subprocessors
Last updated: June 11, 2026
To deliver our website and platform, BizTracker engages a limited set of trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists our current and representative subprocessors. We require subprocessors to provide a level of data protection consistent with our obligations.
Current subprocessors
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Primary region |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website & application hosting, CDN, edge compute | Usage/log data, IP addresses, content served | Global (US-based) |
| Supabase | Database, authentication, file storage | Customer account data, application records | United States |
| Anthropic | AI assistant / agent features | Prompts and context submitted to AI features | United States |
| Twilio | SMS messaging (send & receive) | Phone numbers, message content, delivery metadata | United States |
| Twilio SendGrid | Transactional & campaign email | Email addresses, message content, engagement events | United States |
| Cal.com | Scheduling & booking | Name, email, appointment details | United States / EU |
Additional providers (e.g., for financial-data analysis or document e-signature) may be added as features are enabled; this list will be updated accordingly. The specific subprocessors that apply to a given customer depend on the features in use.
Changes & notice
We may update this list as we add, remove, or replace providers. Where required by a customer agreement or DPA, we will provide notice of material changes to subprocessors and a mechanism to object. To receive change notifications, contact privacy@biztracker.io.
