Software built from running the real thing.
BizTracker didn't start as a slide deck. It was built to run the day-to-day of a real, high-risk payments operation — then hardened into a multi-tenant platform ISOs and enterprises can license for themselves.
The thesis
Traditional CRMs were built for generic B2B sales, but merchant services spans sales and pipeline with processor-specific products, high-risk underwriting, onboarding and MID deployment, legal-entity management, residuals and a thicket of compliance. Operators stitch that together with 5–8 disconnected tools — so data is duplicated, automations stay shallow, and there's no single place an AI can see and act on the whole picture.
BizTracker combines the CRM, a workflow engine, the communications stack, a calendar, a legal-entity vault and an AI coordination layer into one platform — a system of record and a system of action.
Four principles.
Merchant-native
The data model and pipelines understand MIDs, processors, equipment and underwriting — not just generic “leads” and “deals”.
A system of action
Automations and AI agents can move deals, send compliant messages, book meetings and update records — not just store them.
AI-native from the core
Agents operate over a unified Postgres schema with explicit tools and guardrails, rather than a chatbot bolted onto a legacy CRM.
Migration-friendly
Existing GoHighLevel and spreadsheet shops bring their book of business across without losing custom fields, pipelines, notes or history.
Let's build your operation on it.
